For my news year resalution I want to "adopt" or fund, I guess, a family in a 3rd world country. What is a good website I can learn info about doing that?





NOTE: Not accutal adoption. Just funding them money.

Reply:there are lots of ways. I suggest 'funding' families by providing them mini loans which will help with a variety of projects, jobs, etc. They pay you back (99% of the time) and you can reinvest that money to help another family. It also can give you the background and issue for which the money is needed...see here:

You sponsor a child and get to send them letters %26amp; stickers. This is a Christian organization.





I also know of a compassion ministry but don't know for sure the link.
