I'm 13 and I don't have that mutch money to spend on clothes, but I still want to look good, I needa website with clothes form 0 (lol) to 20 dollars. And I also wanted some cute flats, so if they could have flats on the website that would be great.

go to my profile and check out the discount store. it is a reputable store but the best things is that you can browse the store by targeting products with certain discount. for example you want to check for shoes that currently is offered around 90% off. so just select the 90% options and then select the category. from the category you can see the available products. if want you to check for other discount 50% you click the 50% and then the category again. hope that helps a bit.
